The Micro-Acquisition Marketplace for Solo Founders
MicroExit was created to solve a glaring problem in the startup acquisition space: traditional brokers ignore deals under $100,000, or charge exorbitant 10%–15% commissions that drain founder equity.
Our Core Mission
Every year, thousands of talented engineers and indie hackers build profitable micro-SaaS applications, Chrome extensions, and developer APIs. But when they want to exit to launch their next project or cash in on their efforts, they find themselves locked out of traditional M&A platforms.
MicroExit provides a specialized, trusted marketplace designed specifically for micro-acquisitions under $100K. We introduce serious, capitalized buyers directly to motivated founders with verified metrics, transparent pricing multiples, and zero transaction cuts.
0% Deal Commissions
Founders list for free and keep 100% of their acquisition price. We monetize via affordable buyer subscriptions, never by taxing deal closures.
Direct Founder Contact
No middleman brokers relaying messages. Qualified buyers talk directly with the engineer who wrote the code, saving weeks of unnecessary delay.
Verified Financial Metrics
Before publishing any listing, our moderation team inspects Stripe exports, Shopify Partner payouts, and Google Analytics to ensure authentic data.
How We Review Listings
Every listing submitted to MicroExit undergoes rigorous human moderation before appearing in the public feed:
- Review of 12-month Stripe, Paddle, or Shopify Partner gross and net payout statements.
- Verification of domain registration and DNS ownership.
- Confirmation of GitHub or GitLab repository existence and active commit history.
- Manual inspection of live app URLs and functionality to ensure the product is operational.
Perform Your Own Independent Due Diligence
MicroExit is an introduction marketplace and discovery platform. While our moderation team inspects self-reported documentation and payment records prior to listing approval, MicroExit does not guarantee future financial performance, profitability, or legal title of any listed asset.
Acquiring a software business involves commercial risk. Buyers must independently verify all financial records, audit code quality, confirm intellectual property rights, and utilize recognized third-party escrow services (such as Escrow.com) to execute transactions safely.
